"If I could rate Kim Brust State Farm Agency 10 stars I would. Melissa DiCristina is my agent and she came through for me when I recently had an auto accident. What Melissa couldn't help me with, she pute in touch with Crystal who helped me navigate the claims process, right down to helping me get a rental car. Although I wasn't at fault, you can imagine the nightmare of being in an accident. The office kept me on track and helped me when I was confused, it had been 33 years since I was involved in an accident. Big shout out to Melissa and Crystal thank you ladies so much."

"I took a leap of faith today and called State Farm Insurance, Kim Brust. It's like I won the lottery. I saved over $40 a month with the same insurance I had with Travelers, Florian Agency, AND great customer service...that I DIDN'T get at Florian insurance Agency. It might not be nice to say, but that agency is rude and a rip off. Lesson learned. Give Marcella at their office a call and see how much you can save AND not get a rude agent.
